Basic Facts About Fiscal Budget 2081/82

Government of Nepal has presented the fiscal policy of Nepal for the upcoming fiscal year 2081/82 in the parliament on 15th Jestha 2081. Mr. Barshaman Pun, the finance minister has presented the budget of Rs 18 Kharba 60 Arba 30 Crores (18,60,30,00,00,000) at the parliament.

• Total Size of Budget is Rs 18 Kharba 60 Arba 30 Crores (18,60,30,00,00,000) which is 6.2 percent greater than the previous budget. previous year budget is Rs 17 Kharba 51 Arba 31 Crores.
• Budget has proposed Rs 11 Kharba 40 Arba 66 Crores as Current Expenditure which is 61.31 percent of total budget.
• Budget has proposed Rs 3 Kharba 52 Arba 35 Crores as Capital Expenditure which is 18.94 percent of total budget.
• Budget has proposed Rs 3 Kharba 67 Arba 18 Crores as Financial Expenditure which is 19.74 percent of total budget.
• Government of Nepal will transfer Rs 4 Kharba 8 Arba 27 Crores to the province and local governments.
